一直頗受歡迎的 Cheesecake Factory，這間在 Redondo Beach 旁邊的店面窗戶外就是碼頭，停了很多遊艇風景也不錯。整間店雖然滿大的，週六晚餐時段還是擠得滿滿， 自助停車區幾乎客滿，連拿個呼叫器都排了我十分鐘；還好吧檯區還有一些位子可以坐坐打發時間，最後沒等多久就有位子了。不過可能因為真的很忙，服務生久久才來一次，連餐前麵包都等了好久不太ok。
Spicy Ahi Tempura Rolls $11.95
這條是仿天富羅壽司捲來著，還附薑呢；裡面的 Ahi tuna 不錯吃，只是內餡很 creamy 還是少吃為妙。
Sangria $9.50 / Typhoon Punch $9.50 
在吧檯區左右張望一下發現每個人的飲料都很漂亮，我隨便指了一下隔壁先生的飲料來一杯，這杯 Typhoon Punch 很甜但是沒甚麼酒味，Sangria 不錯喝就是挺小杯的，22oz 的 Hefeweizen 也要 $7.75，只能說來這邊就是準備要被搶一下才能回家。
之前在 Irvine 的店有看到 Happy Hour 的海報，不知道會不會哪時候到期或是有沒有限地點的:
